Chelsea McMullan, director, shows us an intimate and sensitive story about Rae's history, music and life. The story has been built by gathering Rae's performances and interviews and it describes a troubled childhood in the middle of a Pentecostal family obsessed with religion and disturbed by the presence of a violent father.
